Recognized for his commitment to quality and responsiveness, Eric Mulchaey oversees company audits, reviews and compilations within Ary Roepcke Mulchaey's assurance service. Mulchaey works closely with senior management of companies in performing audits of 401(k) plans (including 11-K filers) as well as providing audits, reviews and compilations of financial statements of privately held companies and not-for-profit organizations. His pragmatic and personal approach has earned a loyal client base and has led to growth in the firm's special attestation engagements.
At PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, Mulchaey provided audit and business assurance services, performed audits of 401(k) plans and lead audit engagements of large multinational corporations as well as multi-billion dollar mutual fund family engagements. Mulchaey received his Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University.
Each autumn, Mulchaey is a guest lecturer at Michigan State University where he discusses the importance of understanding a clients business and industry, as well as audit risk assessment and audit planning to over 100 undergraduate students.
