SCOTT D. JOHNSON

Scott is a Tax Manager here at Ary Roepcke Mulchaey. He joined the firm in December 2023 after spending 7 tax seasons with a regional CPA firm located in Columbus. Scott specializes in tax planning and compliance for small business entities and their individual owners. He has extensive experience preparing and reviewing partnership tax returns with changes in ownership requiring basis adjustments, multi-state tax filings, and tiered entity structures.

Scott attended The Ohio State University for his undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a dual specialization in Accounting and Economics. When he is not working, Scott prefers to spend time with his wife Ali, their two cats, and their two Labrador Retrievers. He also enjoys watching football, golfing, fishing, and spending time outdoors in Northern Michigan.
