- Avoid phone photos or screenshots – Images taken with your phone camera or screenshots are often low quality, blurry, or difficult to read. This can delay processing.
- Use clear, high-quality PDFs – Ensure documents are legible.
- Include complete statements – Please upload full statements rather than partial pages or cropped images.
